Now that yuletide and jbbs have been revealed, I can post the fic I wrote, yays. (I needed to wait until jbbs has been revealed to post this. I'm manic like that.) petronelle wrote my wonderful Yuletide story, So Truly Parallel, which I guessed while reading the story. I find it hilarious and wonderful that she got to write my request, although I hope this doesn't spoil me--you can't ask for your writer to be someone who knows your tastes *exactly* every year. *g*

Anyway--here's mine.

Title: Let's Hit It Hard, Let's Leave A Mark

Notes: So many people audienced this and helped me nail out the kinks during the writing of it, and I'm hugely thankful to all of you guys. Betty saved me from a nervous breakdown while writing this plus JBBS, so I guess she's the beta. For cheshireempress.

For jbbs I ended up writing for shrift, and panicked about that a lot before I started writing. *Not* because she gave bad requests, but because writing for someone whose writing I respect and adore so much always makes me go gah a lot.

This isn't quite the Grace/Anissa story I really want to write--that would require epic plotlines and the two of them slowly falling in love and sharing breakfast in the mornings and saving each other's lives a lot and--and stuff. If anything I had difficulty writing this because I really wanted to expand it and make it extremely 'shippy and smoosh Grace and Anissa together more, when this just wanted to be the tight little story it ended up being.

That was a very long way of saying that I hope this isn't the only Grace/Anissa I end up writing, because I really want to write more, now.
